dr. zeng lighting pointed out that the key technologies of mini cob backlight mainly include chip mount bonding technology, coating technology, key material development and selection, drive scheme and local dimming technology; the key to the mass application of mini cob backlight is the cost. through the chip and packaging technology to expand the light angle to reduce the number of led chips used, through reasonable program design to reduce the cost of pcb and driver ic, with the further decline in the price of mini led chips, the overall bom cost advantage of mini cob can be significantly improved; at the same time, with the maturity of equipment and technology, the production yield and primary pass rate of cob lamp board will reach a higher level. jinko electronics has a pass through rate of up to 95% in the large-size backlight board, greatly reducing the probability of repair.
